1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our subscription program, which includes monthly live virtual workshops and related materials, provided for a fee by spirituanova.best ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Provider identification (Specified Continuous Services)

If you purchase monthly ongoing virtual mentorship/workshops for a fee that falls under Japan’s “Specified Continuous Services,” we provide this outline document before you enter a subscription contract with us, and we will display provider identification disclosures for the “specified offer” steps associated with online sales of specified continuous services / specified rights.

3. Subscription, billing, renewal, and cancellation

• Billing: Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the pricing shown at checkout and on your billing cycle.
• Renewal: Your subscription renews on your next billing date unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through the method provided in your account or as otherwise indicated during sign-up. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless we state otherwise in writing or in the checkout flow.
• No refunds for unused services: Unless required by applicable law or specifically stated during checkout, we generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused periods.

4. Membership rules and conduct

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and refrain from disrupting sessions, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with other members.
• Respect intellectual property rights. Recordings, re-uploading, or redistribution of workshop content without permission is prohibited.
• Provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your account details up to date.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect others or the service.

5. Workshop content, limitations, and no guarantees

We describe the program content to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance. You understand that workshop experiences vary by individual circumstances.

Misleading/overpromises restriction: We will not make misleading or unsubstantiated quality or benefit claims about our services (including results or effectiveness), as prohibited under: Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

• Scraping, automated collection, or reverse engineering of the service or materials.
• Impersonation or fraud.
• Use of the service for unlawful activities.
• Sharing login credentials.

7. Intellectual property

All workshop materials, content, and related materials provided by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal participation in the service, unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer and limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the subscription period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Privacy and personal information

If we collect personal information (including through analytics/marketing cookies or identifiers), we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and disclose the purposes and handling of such information.
